What's next for Jane Badger Books? I have decided to re-focus my business to focus on the rarer horse and pony stories. I will still do some paperbacks: either titles which are hard to find in any incarnation, hardback or paperback, or the core titles of the genre like Jill, Jinny and the Pullein-Thompsons. I am negotiating to buy a couple of collections, but if you have any books to sell which you think would fit in with the books I sell, please contact me.
Read me: on the history of the pony book: 1930s, 1940s, 1950s series fiction, 1950s authors, riders who write, 1960s pony paperbacks, men who write pony books and pony books in the 1960s, the 1970s, the 1980s, series fiction in the 1990s, fantasy in the pony book and now the pony book does pink.

General Information
Welcome to the sales part of my website. Each of the books is illustrated: I try to include at least four photographs, but if you want more information or photographs, just ask.
If you can't find the book you're looking for, please get in touch. I usually have extensive piles of boxes housing books I haven't yet catalogued. If I don't have the book, I can either look for it for you, or let you know when I get a copy in stock.
I've been selling books on the Internet since 2003, having bought books with an eye to sale since I was an Ancient History student. It took me 20 years to get round to it, but since then I've sold books on all the usual sites, and developed my own. That site (www.janebadgerbooks.co.uk) is still going strong, but is now devoted exclusively to author information, bibliographies and photographs from the multitude of horse books written in the English speaking world.
